Gamut HR Solutions is looking for a Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our HR solutions to potential clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HR industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a passion for sales
• Ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer needs
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
• Present and demonstrate our HR solutions to interested clients, highlighting the benefits and features
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues
• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals, ensuring maximum profitability for the company
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings, making recommendations for improvements and new product development
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, regularly updating sales reports and forecasts
