Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Sales Manager specializing in Construction Interiors to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a Full-Time position requiring a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience. The role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in sales within the construction and interiors sector, offering an exciting opportunity for professional growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales targeting the construction and interiors industry with the ability to close high-value deals (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional presentation skills to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions to clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience engaging with architects to promote and sell interior solutions (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong lead generation skills focused on identifying new business opportunities and establishing initial contact successfully.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • A comprehensive understanding of building materials, including their application in construction and interior projects.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions in sales contracts and agreements.
