Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Sales Manager specializing in Construction Interiors to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a Full-Time position requiring a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience. The role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in sales within the construction and interiors sector, offering an exciting opportunity for professional growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales targeting the construction and interiors industry with the ability to close high-value deals (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional presentation skills to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions to clients (Mandatory skill).
- Experience engaging with architects to promote and sell interior solutions (Mandatory skill).
- Strong lead generation skills focused on identifying new business opportunities and establishing initial contact successfully.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- A comprehensive understanding of building materials, including their application in construction and interior projects.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions in sales contracts and agreements.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and developing strategies that enhance sales performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive sales of interior construction solutions by targeting and engaging with construction companies and architects.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
