Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for our Legal Tech Software division. This is a full-time, mid-level role suited for candidates with 4 to 6 years of proven sales experience. The position is based in Chennai, Mumbai, or Delhi, offering growth opportunities within the legal technology sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- B2B Sales (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated track record of successfully selling software solutions to business clients, especially in complex industries.
- Legal Industry Knowledge (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of legal sector processes, challenges, and how technology streamlines workflows.
- Upselling (Mandatory skill): Expertise in identifying client needs and proposing value-added enhancements to maximize client solutions and revenue.
- Lead Generation: Proven ability to identify, qualify, and nurture leads into sales opportunities using effective digital and direct approaches.
- CRM Software: Experience with CRM platforms to track pipelines, follow up with clients, maintain accurate records, and enhance productivity.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate long-term, trusting partnerships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Client Onboarding: Experience in guiding clients through product deployment, ensuring a positive and smooth transition experience.
- Customer Success: Commitment to supporting clients post-sale, resolving issues, and reinforcing satisfaction for sustained engagement and referrals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the legal industry by leveraging networks and outbound lead generation methods.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle management, from initial prospecting and presentations to deal closure and client onboarding.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in law firms, legal departments, and related domains.
- Demonstrate and articulate the value proposition of legal tech software solutions to potential clients, addressing their unique business challenges.
- Effectively upsell and cross-sell services and features to existing clients, maximizing customer value and account growth.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales progress through CRM, ensuring accurate reporting and pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction during the onboarding process.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify new sales strategies and product improvements.
