Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Purchase Executive for our Manufacturing Industrial division in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The candidate will play a key role in managing purchase orders, procurement, and supply chain efficiency through SAP systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in purchase order processing and procurement with SAP systems is mandatory for executing daily operational tasks efficiently.
• Must possess a comprehensive understanding of procurement cycles and the ability to manage the purchasing lifecycle effectively.
• Experience in inventory management to ensure that stock levels are maintained consistently to meet operational demands.
• Exceptional negotiation skills are required to achieve the best purchasing terms and pricing from vendors and suppliers.
• Competency in vendor management is essential to establish and maintain strong supplier relationships and contracts.
• Detail-oriented with robust analytical skills to oversee purchase requisitions and pricing agreements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end purchase order processing, including SAP entries, tracking, and documentation management.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers to expand the current vendor network and optimize supply chain operations.
• Manage inventory levels by coordinating with warehouse teams to forecast demand and adjust purchasing schedules.
• Conduct market research to keep abreast of market trends, supply options, and competitive pricing strategies.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure advantageous deals for the company.
• Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to ensure smooth invoice processing and payment cycles.
• Monitor supplier performance through regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities, supplier evaluations, and cost savings for management review.
