This is a full-time junior position based in Hyderabad. We are seeking a Purchase Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. The role involves managing purchase processes and ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement of materials and services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and contracts with suppliers.
• Proficient in cost analysis to assess product value and maintain budgetary constraints.
• Expertise in SAP for efficient inventory management and procurement processes (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in RFQ preparation to effectively handle vendor quotations (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to manage purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of supplies (Mandatory skill).
• Competence in order tracking to monitor the status and progress of purchase orders.
• Excellent communication skills for clear interactions with suppliers and team members.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability for effective decision-making in procurement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage the end-to-end procurement process for materials and equipment.
• Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure alignment with budgetary requirements and company goals.
