We are seeking a Mid-Level Project Supervisor - Civil Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. The role is a Full-Time position requiring a work experience of 4 to 6 years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in site supervision, ensuring all operations are conducted efficiently and safely (Mandatory skill).
• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead projects to successful completion (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in construction scheduling to maintain timelines and manage resources effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in AutoCAD for creating and interpreting detailed design drawings.
• In-depth understanding of safety compliance to maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
• Experience in material procurement, ensuring availability of necessary materials for project continuity.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders and convey technical information clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
