Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Incharge for our esteemed client in the Pharma Industry located in Visakhapatnam. This is a Full-Time, Mid-Level position ideal for individuals with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be pivotal in overseeing product processes ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, showcasing strong expertise and understanding of the sector.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing practices aimed at reducing waste and improving efficiency within production processes (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth understanding of quality assurance protocols to ensure that all products meet industry standards and regulations (Mandatory skill).
• Extensive knowledge of FDA regulations, essential for maintaining compliance and avoiding potential violations (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in ensuring cGMP compliance to guarantee the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical products.
• Skilled in developing comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and maintain consistency.
• Expertise in managing or documenting batch production records, critical for product traceability and quality control.
• Ability to efficiently handle corrective and preventive action (CAPA) management to address and mitigate production issues.
• Familiarity with ERP software for effective planning, managing, and automating core business processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of product management and production in alignment with industry standards and company objectives.
• Ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes by implementing lean manufacturing techniques.
• Maintain adherence to FDA regulations and quality assurance protocols throughout the production cycle.
• Develop and refine SOPs to improve operational efficiency and maintain product quality and compliance.
• Handle batch production records meticulously to enhance traceability and accountability.
• Lead CAPA initiatives to identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous process improvements and problem-solving initiatives.
• Utilize ERP software tools to optimize resource management and production planning.
