Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Production Head for our Modular Furniture division in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will oversee production processes, ensure quality standards, and lead a team towards efficient manufacturing. This role demands a seasoned professional with strong leadership capabilities and familiarity with industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in quality control processes, ensuring products meet industry and customer standards (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in material resource planning (MRP) to optimize supply chain and production (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of fabrication techniques within the modular furniture sector (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Proficient in CAD software for design and blueprint creation to ensure precise manufacturing.
• Project management skills to lead complex projects from inception to completion within budget and on time.
• Familiarity with ERP systems to streamline operations and improve data transparency across departments.
• Capability in production scheduling to maximize throughput and ensure timely delivery of products.
