Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level MIS Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time role requiring a commitment of minimum 4 years to maximum 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Management Information Systems, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in MIS reporting, including data collection, analysis, and report generation (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to develop and maintain dashboards efficiently using Microsoft Power BI, showcasing data insights (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for effective data visualization to support various business strategies (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in SQL for querying and managing large datasets is essential for robust data management.
• Strong foundation in business intelligence concepts to derive actionable insights from data.
• Demonstrated ability in team leadership to guide and mentor a team towards achieving business goals.
• Experience in data visualization techniques to present complex data in an easily interpretable manner.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the initiative to improve processes and enhance system efficiency.
