Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior MIS Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing management information systems to support business operations effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with MS Excel, including advanced functions and features to streamline data management and analysis.
• Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets for creating, editing, and collaborating on data-driven projects efficiently.
• Skilled in creating comprehensive dashboards to provide insights and facilitate decision-making processes.
• Expertise in VLOOKUP (Mandatory skill) for efficient data retrieval and analysis within spreadsheets.
• Proven ability to use Pivot Tables (Mandatory skill) to summarize, analyze, explore, and present data effectively.
• Knowledge of HLOOKUP (Mandatory skill) for horizontal data lookup and management purposes.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable strategies.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain MIS tools, systems, and procedures to support company operations.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and business metrics.
• Analyze data using MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets to support business decisions and strategies.
• Utilize VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and HLOOKUP to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related requirements and issues.
