Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Lubricant Sales Manager to join our team. This full-time, mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The role is primarily based in Hyderabad, but also covers Nellore, Rajahmundry, Kakinada, and Tirupati. The selected candidate will drive lubricant sales and explore new opportunities across industrial sectors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a deep understanding of industrial sales processes and best practices (Mandatory skill)
- Proven experience in lubricant sales across diverse industries (Mandatory skill)
- Strong background in machinery equipment sales with a focus on customer satisfaction (Mandatory skill)
- Experienced in B2B sales with an ability to manage and expand business accounts
- Adept at crafting effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share
- Expertise in lead generation techniques to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and modify sales approaches accordingly
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve lubricant sales targets across assigned regions
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand market reach within industrial sectors
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and promote relevant products
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support to clients for sales growth
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify changes in customer preferences
