Qualifications and Skills

  • At least one to three years of experience in jewelry sales, ensuring familiarity with the industry and customer expectations. (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and repeat business. (Mandatory skill)
  • In-depth knowledge of various jewelry types, materials, and current trends in the market, aiding effective client assistance. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the average transaction value and meet sales targets.
  • Hands-on experience operating point of sale systems, including billing and inventory management, for accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills, allowing you to explain product features, care, and warranty to clients clearly.
  • High attention to detail ensures accuracy when handling valuable products and when documenting sales transactions.
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team environment, supporting colleagues and creating a positive store atmosphere conducive to high performance.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer expert guidance on selecting suitable jewelry pieces.
  • Present jewelry products with strong product knowledge, highlighting key features, benefits, and care instructions.
  • Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling additional products, services, or warranties based on customer preferences.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling billing, exchanges, and returns as per company policy.
  • Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the jewelry displays, ensuring items are organized and attractive to customers.
  • Build and maintain ongoing customer relationships, assisting with queries and ensuring high satisfaction for repeat business.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new arrivals, and seasonal promotions to proactively inform and interest customers.
  • Contribute to daily store operations, supporting inventory management, cleanliness, and team collaboration to achieve sales targets.
