Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Interior Site Supervisor with Liaisoning experience to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, mid-level position requires a seasoned professional with 4 to 6 years of work experience in managing interior construction sites and liaising with various stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) expertise, essential for ensuring accurate modeling and planning at construction sites (Mandatory skill).
• Construction Site Management skills, crucial for overseeing site operations and guiding the team effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Vendor Management experience to manage relationships and contracts with suppliers efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating precise and detailed engineering plans and architectural drawings.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Project for planning, scheduling, and managing project timelines for successful execution.
• Strong Quality Control skills to maintain the standards of construction and ensure high-quality output throughout the project.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations Compliance to ensure site safety and reduce risk exposure for the workforce.
• Blueprint Reading skills to interpret complex designs and schematics accurately for translating them during construction.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations at construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to guarantee the seamless integration of design and construction phases.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to process procurement orders and ensure timely delivery of construction materials.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks to uphold project standards and rectify any discrepancies.
• Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory health and safety requirements onsite.
• Facilitate clear communication between the project team, clients, and contractors to maintain project transparency and alignment.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports and schedules, to track progress and status updates.
• Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
