We are seeking an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, mid-level position requires a professional with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will excel in overseeing interior site projects, ensuring quality execution, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders involved.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in site supervision with a minimum of 4 years experience in overseeing interior projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, ensuring accurate implementation on site. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong command of AutoCAD software to create and modify interior design plans. (Mandatory skill)
• Effective project scheduling abilities to ensure timely completion and progress tracking of all site activities.
• Capability in vendor coordination to secure necessary materials and services while maintaining effective relations.
• Experience in material management including procurement, inventory control, and ensuring quality materials are utilized.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify, analyze and resolve issues that arise during site execution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration with clients, architects, and subcontractors.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within allotted budget and time frames.
• Review and interpret project blueprints and plans to guide construction activities following design specifications.
