Job Overview

As a Junior HR Recruiter at Gamut HR Solutions, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients in the manufacturing industry. This full-time position is based in Hyderabad and requires candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience in recruitment. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in utilizing applicant tracking systems to streamline and manage candidate lifecycle (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability in candidate screening, ensuring only the most qualified individuals are shortlisted for consideration (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in industry-specific talent pipelining to maintain a robust pool of potential candidates (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and engaging with potential candidates effectively.
  • Skill in executing advanced search techniques, including Boolean search, to identify suitable candidates.
  • Ability to leverage data-driven recruitment strategies to enhance hiring outcomes and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Strong negotiation skills for effectively communicating offers and ensuring candidate buy-in.
  • Experience in managing the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and identify qualified candidates for various roles within the manufacturing industry.
  • Coordinate and conduct applicant interviews to evaluate skill sets and align them with client needs.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate and timely candidate information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
  • Create and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-potential candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications to ensure candidate suitability.
  • Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms where necessary.
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires into their roles.
