This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of exceptional candidates for positions within the manufacturing industry. Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess strong candidate sourcing skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Behavioral interviewing skills (Mandatory skill) are required to assess candidate fit effectively.
  • Expertise in diversity recruitment (Mandatory skill) to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate talent databases.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage with suitable passive candidates across networks.
  • Ability to manage and promote employer branding efforts to attract top talent who align with the company's values.
  • Data-driven recruitment approach to analyze recruitment metrics and continuously refine hiring strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools to manage candidate relationships and enhance the recruitment lifecycle.
