Job Overview

- Proficient in benefits administration, including managing employee queries, benefits policies, and vendor liaison
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll processing, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely disbursements
- Solid recruitment skills for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent suitable for manufacturing roles and company needs
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure compliance and effective integration of new employees into manufacturing teams
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and drive performance across the workforce
- Leverage HR analytics to assess workforce trends, report on HR metrics, and inform strategic workforce planning
- Manage employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and support managers with effective disciplinary processes
- Implement and manage performance management systems, including setting objectives, appraisals, and feedback sessions
- Administer employee benefits programs, addressing questions, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring policy compliance
- Coordinate payroll processing, maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with labor regulations
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs and attract top talent
