Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure compliance and effective integration of new employees into manufacturing teams
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and drive performance across the workforce
• Leverage HR analytics to assess workforce trends, report on HR metrics, and inform strategic workforce planning
• Manage employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and support managers with effective disciplinary processes
• Implement and manage performance management systems, including setting objectives, appraisals, and feedback sessions
• Administer employee benefits programs, addressing questions, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring policy compliance
• Coordinate payroll processing, maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with labor regulations
