  • Administer employee benefits programs, addressing questions, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring policy compliance
  • Coordinate payroll processing, maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with labor regulations
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs and attract top talent
