Qualifications and Skills

• Benefits Administration (Mandatory skill) - Experience in managing employee benefits programs and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all documentation.
• Employee Relations (Mandatory skill) - Proven track record in fostering a positive working environment, addressing employee concerns, and mediating conflicts effectively.
• Labor Law Compliance (Mandatory skill) - In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure company adherence and mitigate any potential legal issues.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors - Ability to navigate and utilize the SAP SuccessFactors for HR management, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with Workday - Skilled in Workday HR software for optimizing HR processes and improving data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now - Capable of managing payroll and HR tasks using ADP Workforce Now to streamline HR operations and enhance efficiency.
• Applicant Tracking Systems expertise - Ability to utilize applicant tracking systems for effective recruitment management and candidate assessment.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel - Strong command of Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting to support HR processes and decision-making.
