Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Female HR Generalist for our operations in the manufacturing industry. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Hyderabad requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The role involves collaborating with management and employees to ensure a smooth HR function aligned with the company's objectives. The candidate will manage various HR disciplines, supporting both employee development and organizational growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Benefits Administration (Mandatory skill) - Experience in managing employee benefits programs and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all documentation.
- Employee Relations (Mandatory skill) - Proven track record in fostering a positive working environment, addressing employee concerns, and mediating conflicts effectively.
- Labor Law Compliance (Mandatory skill) - In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure company adherence and mitigate any potential legal issues.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors - Ability to navigate and utilize the SAP SuccessFactors for HR management, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with Workday - Skilled in Workday HR software for optimizing HR processes and improving data-driven decision making.
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now - Capable of managing payroll and HR tasks using ADP Workforce Now to streamline HR operations and enhance efficiency.
- Applicant Tracking Systems expertise - Ability to utilize applicant tracking systems for effective recruitment management and candidate assessment.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel - Strong command of Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting to support HR processes and decision-making.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives to support business goals.
- Administer and manage payroll, benefits, and compensation packages, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness.
