Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior-level Hotel Restaurant HR Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will manage HR activities for our hotel restaurant operations, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Employee relations experience to handle employee issues and promote a positive work environment (Mandatory skill).
- Performance management skills to assess and manage employee performance effectively (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effective process management (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in recruitment to source, interview, and hire suitable candidates tailored to our needs.
- Proficiency in training and development to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
- Understanding of labor law compliance to ensure all HR activities adhere to legal standards.
- Strong conflict resolution skills to address and mediate workplace disputes effectively.
- Experience in benefits administration to manage employee benefits programs and ensure employee satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the hiring process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations and encourage a harmonious workplace environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Facilitate training and development programs to improve employee skills and competencies.
- Address employee grievances and mediate any conflicts that arise in the workplace.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure comprehensive communication about benefit programs.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.
