The ideal candidate should have a background as an ex-serviceman, with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The position is based in Hyderabad and requires strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage hostel operations effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in the armed forces preferred.
• Team leadership skills are essential for managing staff and ensuring smooth hostel operations.
• Proficiency in staff supervision to effectively lead and direct hostel personnel (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of disciplinary procedures to maintain decorum and discipline among residents (Mandatory skill).
• Security management capabilities to ensure the safety and security of hostel premises (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent relationship-building skills to foster a positive living environment for residents.
• Ability to implement health and safety compliance measures to create a safe space for all residents.
