Job Overview

Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Counsellor to join our dynamic team. As the Head Counsellor, you will be responsible for leading our counselling department and providing guidance to our team of counsellors. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Counsellor, with 4 to 6 years of experience
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good knowledge of career counselling techniques and theories
• Ability to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and counselling software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of counsellors to ensure the delivery of high-quality counselling services
• Develop and implement counselling programs and strategies to meet the needs of our clients
