Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Food and Beverage Cashier to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time role requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The chosen candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling cash transactions and providing excellent customer service within our vibrant environment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in cash handling with an emphasis on accuracy and security (Mandatory skill).
  • Possess basic math skills necessary for calculating transactions and ensuring precise payment processing (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong ability to operate payment processing equipment, ensuring smooth and error-free transactions (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in using Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively to manage customer orders and billing.
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience, and a friendly demeanor when interacting with patrons.
  • Capable of conflict resolution to address and resolve any customer issues or discrepancies.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer requests efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills to quickly address any transactional errors or system malfunctions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Accurately process cash, credit, and debit card transactions using the POS system.
  • Ensure that the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, addressing queries and assisting with orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier station and shared areas.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless dining experience for customers.
  • Report any immediate problems or system failures to management for swift resolution.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures at all times, ensuring compliance with monetary handling regulations.
  • Assist in inventory tracking and notify management of low stock or discrepancies.
