Job Overview
This is a full-time, mid-level Floor Manager role in the Jewelry Industry based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience managing retail operations, specifically within jewelry or luxury retail environments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Loss Prevention (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated expertise in identifying, minimizing, and managing potential loss and theft within luxury retail spaces to safeguard company assets.
- Retail Operations (Mandatory skill): Solid understanding of jewelry or luxury retail store processes involving merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement standards.
- Training and Development (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to onboard new staff, provide ongoing training, and encourage professional growth within the sales team to achieve company objectives.
- Team Leadership: Strong ability to manage, inspire, and develop sales staff, ensuring teamwork and high morale in a fast-paced jewelry retail environment.
- Customer Service: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with clients from initial contact through post-sale service.
- Luxury Sales: Experience in managing high-value transactions and providing personalized service for discerning clients within the luxury or jewelry retail segment.
- Performance Monitoring: Adept at analyzing sales metrics, maintaining standards, and implementing plans to achieve and exceed business targets.
- Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks, manage schedules, and ensure store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day floor operations, ensuring store presentation, product placement, and customer service meet luxury standards.
- Implement and monitor loss prevention procedures, conducting regular audits and training staff to minimize shrinkage and enhance asset protection.
- Coach and mentor sales associates to ensure professional development, high performance, and adherence to company protocols and policies.
- Support recruitment, training, and evaluation of floor staff in alignment with business goals and customer service excellence.
- Handle escalated customer issues promptly and professionally, striving to resolve concerns and maintain repeat business.
- Monitor daily sales performance, track inventory, and coordinate with management to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand’s image and entice customers effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize promotional events and in-store activities that drive sales and customer engagement.
