Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Finance Controller at the Executive level for our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time position, requiring 10 to 30 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate must possess a CA and CMA degree and demonstrate expertise in financial management and strategy execution.
Qualifications and Skills
- Financial Reporting (Mandatory skill) - Demonstrated expertise in preparing accurate and comprehensive financial reports to aid strategic decision-making.
- Budgeting (Mandatory skill) - Proven ability to develop and maintain effective budgeting processes to optimize resource allocation.
- Strategic Planning (Mandatory skill) - Strong competence in formulating long-term financial strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Financial Analysis - Skill in analyzing financial statements and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Internal Controls - Experience in designing and implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
- Tax Compliance - Knowledge of tax regulations and ability to ensure accurate and timely tax filings and compliance.
- Audit Management - Capability to manage audit processes effectively, ensuring thorough and efficient reviews of financial systems and controls.
- Risk Management - Proficiency in identifying and mitigating financial risks to protect the organization's assets and earnings potential.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and analysis, to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
