Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. This is a full-time role based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in field sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads and new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Meet sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting our services to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts
• Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and stay updated on market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns
