Job Overview

We are looking for a Female Store Executive to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Store Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, customer service, and sales. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Store Executive in the clothing industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in inventory management software

• Basic knowledge of cash handling and reconciliation

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and sales
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and suggest strategies to improve
• Maintain the visual merchandising standards in the store
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of products
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit to the management
• Train and supervise store staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store
• Handle cash management and conduct cash reconciliations
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
