Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events within the given budget and timeline
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, and accommodation
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote events and attract attendees
• Prepare event proposals, budgets, and post-event reports
• Negotiate contracts with event service providers
