Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position, perfect for females from B schools with a fresher mindset and 1 to 3 years of work experience. The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to our executives and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in calendar management tools for scheduling and managing appointments efficiently. (Mandatory skill)
- Expertise in the advanced Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating and managing documents. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience with travel coordination platforms to organize and manage travel plans effectively. (Mandatory skill)
- Familiarity with project management software to track project progress and manage tasks collaboratively.
- Strong corporate email communication skills to professionally handle internal and external correspondences.
- Competence in data entry and analysis to maintain accurate records and provide insightful reports.
- Ability to handle confidential documents with discretion and maintain high levels of privacy and trustworthiness.
- Experience with event planning software to organize and execute corporate events skillfully.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
