Qualifications and Skills

• Career Advising (Mandatory skill): Proven track record in providing comprehensive career advice to students and young professionals.
• Student Information Systems (SIS) (Mandatory skill): Expertise in navigating and utilizing SIS platforms to track student progress and information.
• Communication Skills (Mandatory skill): Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse student population.
• Educational Psychology: In-depth understanding of the psychological principles relevant to education to support students' emotional and academic growth.
• Crisis Intervention: Skilled in identifying and addressing immediate student crises with appropriate interventions and support.
• Active Listening: Ability to attentively hear students' concerns, providing empathetic and effective support and solutions.
• Interview Techniques: Proficiency in interviewing students to understand their needs, goals, and challenges for tailored guidance.
• Guidance and Counseling Techniques: Application of various counseling strategies to foster student development and achievement.

Roles and Responsibilities
