Job Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead for our Hyderabad office. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will manage our digital marketing initiatives, drive online campaign success, and ensure impactful brand presence across platforms.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency with Shopify, enabling seamless e-commerce marketing and integration for campaign strategies (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in Meta ads, crafting and optimizing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for targeted audience reach (Mandatory skill).
- Extensive experience overseeing and analyzing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring performance alignment with KPIs (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for diverse products and services.
- A strong background in planning, executing, and analyzing PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and traffic acquisition.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization to enhance organic search visibility.
- Skilled in utilizing analytics tools for ongoing monitoring, reporting, and data-driven improvement of campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to present actionable findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Oversee Shopify store marketing activities, integrating digital strategies for seamless user experiences.
- Manage and refine Meta ads campaigns, ensuring high performance and efficient ad spending.
- Plan, implement, and monitor Google Ads and PPC campaigns aligned to business objectives and ROI goals.
- Develop effective SEO strategies, conducting keyword research and monitoring search trends to increase organic reach.
- Analyze campaign data to provide clear, actionable insights and regular reporting to leadership.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to align messaging, promotions, and visual branding.
- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, applying new approaches for continuous improvement.
