Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Component Sales Executive with a Diploma in Electrical for our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales efforts and building lasting relationships with clients.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation with exceptional ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong negotiation skills, capable of closing deals and managing objections effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in customer relationship management to maintain a healthy pipeline of client connections (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM for efficient management and tracking of sales processes and client interactions.
  • Experience in B2B sales with a focus on building and maintaining business relationships.
  • Proficient in account management to support and grow client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to perform market analysis, providing insights into industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Skilled in sales strategy development to formulate plans that meet company sales targets and objectives.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive company sales and growth targets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation efforts and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and foster new client relationships to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to establish goals, analyze performance metrics, and improve overall sales processes.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and clients.
  • Regularly update and manage client information using Salesforce CRM to ensure accuracy and completeness.
