Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team at our Hyderabad headquarters. This is a senior-level, full-time position, requiring a professional with 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to regulations and policies, mitigating risks, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Regulatory Compliance (Mandatory skill): Must be well-versed with industry regulations and ensure company compliance with relevant standards.
- Policy Development (Mandatory skill): Develop and enforce policies to mitigate organizational risks effectively.
- Risk Assessment (Mandatory skill): Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- AML/KYC: Proficiency in Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer processes to prevent regulatory breaches.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and communicate with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline compliance processes for efficiency gains.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure thoroughness and accuracy in all compliance-related tasks and documentation.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate complex regulations and understand their implications on our operations.
