Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Ayurvedic Doctor to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires a work experience of 4 to 6 years in Ayurvedic practices. The candidate will focus on providing traditional Ayurvedic treatments, conducting comprehensive patient assessments, and planning individualized wellness plans.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in Panchakarma Therapy (Mandatory skill) for various health conditions to aid in patient recovery and wellness.
• Strong skills in Treatment Planning (Mandatory skill) to develop personalized treatment protocols for patients based on individual health assessments.
• Expertise in Wellness Coaching (Mandatory skill) to guide patients on lifestyle and dietary changes necessary for maintaining optimal health.
• Proficient in Ayurvedic Diagnosis techniques to accurately identify patient health issues through traditional methodologies.
• Capability in Patient Counseling to provide guidance and emotional support, ensuring a holistic treatment approach that addresses patient needs.
• Experience in Clinical Documentation to meticulously record patient details, treatment plans, and progress for accurate medical records.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine, herbs, and therapies to ensure effective and authentic patient treatments.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with other healthcare professionals and engage effectively with patients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic assessments using Ayurvedic principles to determine patient health issues and conditions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans including therapies, herbal supplements, and lifestyle recommendations.
• Administer Panchakarma and other complementary therapies to promote health and well-being.
• Conduct patient consultations to evaluate health concerns and provide counseling on Ayurveda-led lifestyle adjustments.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation for each patient, ensuring all treatments and outcomes are recorded accurately.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare practitioners to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.
• Hold educational seminars or workshops to promote awareness and benefits of Ayurvedic medicine.
• Stay abreast of latest advancements in Ayurvedic treatments to continuously improve practice standards and patient care.
