Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Architect with a Bachelor’s in Architecture for a full-time position at our Hyderabad office. The role is targeted at a mid-level professional with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will join our dynamic team to oversee and manage architecture projects effectively, ensuring the highest standards of design and construction quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in architectural design and drafting with software such as Revit, enabling the creation of detailed and precise drawings.
• Familiarity with SketchUp for creating quick, effective 3D models to visualize architectural concepts in the planning stages.
• Hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance project visualization and improve design accuracy.
• Competency in 3D Visualization to produce realistic renderings that allow stakeholders to see how a project will look upon completion.
• Understanding of sustainable design practices, with the ability to incorporate eco-friendly solutions into architecture projects.
• Experience with AutoCAD (Mandatory skill) for high-precision drawings and constructions document preparation.
• Skill in Construction Document Preparation (Mandatory skill) to ensure that detailed specifications are followed accurately in building processes.
• Project Management (Mandatory skill) capabilities to coordinate various architectural projects, managing resources, timelines, and outcomes effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Overseeing architectural design from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects meet regulatory standards and client expectations.
• Engaging with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences, translating these into functional architectural designs.
• Preparation and review of detailed construction documents, ensuring accuracy and quality of project deliverables.
• Collaboration with engineers and consultants, facilitating integration of structural, electrical, and mechanical systems into architecture plans.
• Monitoring the progress of projects against timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines throughout project life cycles.
• Conducting site visits to ensure all construction activities adhere to architectural plans and specifications.
• Mentoring less experienced staff, sharing expertise, and fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
