Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect with a Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) degree for a Mid-Level position. The role is based in Hyderabad and is a full-time employment opportunity. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience and possess strong capabilities in architectural design and project management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 4 to 6 years as an Architect, demonstrating competence in relevant projects.
• Excellent proficiency in V-Ray (Mandatory skill) for high-quality rendering and visualization of architectural designs.
• Strong skills in 3D rendering (Mandatory skill) to produce realistic and detailed representations of architectural concepts.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD (Mandatory skill) for precise drafting and designing with efficiency and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Revit for effective Building Information Modeling, ensuring integrated design processes.
• Skillful use of SketchUp for quick and efficient 3D modeling and design development.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) technologies to optimize and streamline project execution.
• Competence in utilizing Rhino software for specialized architectural design and modeling tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive architectural plans and renderings for client projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure design intent and execution align with client expectations.
