We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of new buildings and structures. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in the residential or commercial sector
• Proficiency in architectural design software and tools
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create architectural designs based on client requirements and specifications
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
• Develop detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans
