Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Airbnb Operations Executive for our Hyderabad office. This mid-level, full-time role requires candidates to have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in property management and guest relationship management. The ideal candidate will oversee the operational excellence of Airbnb properties, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction and seamless processes across functions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Airbnb property management or short-term rental operations, demonstrating effective site oversight.
- Expertise in property management (Mandatory skill), including daily operations, maintenance coordination, and asset supervision.
- Exceptional skills in customer service (Mandatory skill) with a demonstrated history of resolving guest queries and improving satisfaction metrics.
- Strong guest relationship management (Mandatory skill), fostering positive interactions and handling feedback or complaints with professionalism.
- Capable of effective cross-functional collaboration to coordinate between cleaning, maintenance, and listing teams for seamless operations.
- Experienced in implementing process improvements, introducing new operational procedures that boost efficiency and guest experience.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with guests, vendors, and internal teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations of Airbnb-listed properties, ensuring all commitments to guests and owners are fulfilled to the highest standard.
- Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, making sure all interactions are prompt, professional, and courteous.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, efficiently resolving complaints or special requests to drive repeat bookings and positive reviews.
- Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are always guest-ready, addressing repairs or improvements swiftly.
- Monitor occupancy rates and suggest strategies to optimize bookings, minimize vacancies, and enhance revenue for property owners.
- Implement, monitor, and refine standard operating procedures to boost operational effectiveness and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between marketing, maintenance, and guest services teams to deliver consistent results.
- Maintain accurate records of property operations, guest interactions, and feedback to inform future improvements and reporting requirements.
