Researches multiple and complex variables in determining why an inbound or outbound freight invoice does not match a planned freight movement, prior to authorization

Conducts quarterly account receivable reconciliations with carriers to resolve outstanding invoice issues

Understands thoroughly the standards, concepts and principles of the discipline to solve practical needs of the business

Applies understanding of discipline and practice to resolve a variety of common issues within a particular platform or technology

Provide key updates to Project or Program Managers on identified issues/risks

Partners with constituents to gather reporting needs

Conducts preliminary analysis of project financial and other reporting

Analyzes project operations to identify and address opportunities and improve efficiency and communication

Assist in on-boarding new project team members

Research and process/return card exception payments using various research tools
