Job Role: E-Commerce Manager

Location: Cherlapalli, Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities

·     Managing the E commerce backend

·     Taking charge of communication with the digital marketing company

·     Managing the functioning and growth of the E commerce print platform

·     Taking charge of print orders. Communicating with the operations, design and delivery team to make sure of end-to-end coordination

·     Handling and guiding the team (consisting of 1 tele sales & 1 graphic designer)

·     Customer relations and smooth flow of received orders

Mandatory skills:

Good working knowledge of Google sheets, MS Excel, Google docs, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
