• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings. Responsibilities
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Prepare market research and sales reports daily/weekly/monthly
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients, Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections from customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
• Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
