Job Responsibilities :-

1) Responsible for entire employee life cycle.

2) Developing and maintaining organizational policies, programs and practices.

3) Maintaining the work structure and standardization by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

4) Implementing and planning new employee engagement activities.

5) Acknowledging all problems related to employee relations, family issues, any illegal activities, grievances, conflicts, legal issues, medical issues etc.

6) Maintain organizational staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and taking feedbacks.

7) Maintain human resource records by keeping past and current records.

8) Actively participating in performance appraisals & performance management, solving salary related issues, etc.

9) Maintaining and creating friendly environment to employees and maintaining healthy relations between management and staff.

10) Checking if all the organizational functions are going smoothly & timely disbursement of Salary.

11) Handling branch operations smoothly & making necessary amendments as & when required.

12) Maintaining confidentiality related to salary, designation, personal details like address, phone number, email id etc.

13) Sharing and posting on the company email or notice boards important information related to employees.
