Job Description: We are looking for candidates who can handle Compensation & Benefits and Compliance related to the company. Result oriented, demonstrate outstanding Payroll, auditing, PMS, Vender Management.. Must be a team player with effective Communication skills to deal with team members and all levels within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Drive entire payroll across the groupl level; OnRoll, OffRoll, Contractual employees.
· Ensure 100% legal and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT etc) group level.
· Responsible for compensation benefits such as Variable pay, Insurance, Incentives etc.
· Supporting Head HR in Performance Management System (PMS) and other related works.
· Error free process of payroll, responsible for closing concerns in stipulated time.
· Prepare and publish monthly Dashboards with HR Matrix to Head HR and Management.
· Manpower Planning & Budgeting and Manpower Cost Analysis; Cost trend analysis for Wages, Incentives, OT and Per session costs vs Budgets.
· Head count analysis: Compliance Adherence as per staff ratio.
· Coordination with Operations team to reduce cost on Manpower wages.
· Adherence to all the HR SOPs.
Job Specification:
• Knowledge of HRMS is must.
• Experience: 07-10 years.
• Analytical and Self driven.
• Effective written and verbal English communication.
• Advanced knowledge of MS office applications.
• Should have knowledge in Compensation and benefits, compliance and vendor management.
