Roles and Responsibilities:
· Be completely responsible for creating unique content independently for various digital platforms including planning, execution, and tracking of all content requirements from draft to publication that includes Day-to-day content, press/media content like press releases, briefing documents, media pitch notes, spokesperson profiles, Website copies/contents, Blogs and newsletter, Manage other content writers, third-party providers, and content projects, Lead content strategy with Marketing, Social media post, SEO content, Content for Inbound marketing.
· Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics / trends to develop original content
· Write and proofread copy for various products and brands
· Ability to understand the brief and deliver within stipulated timelines
· Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas
· Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
· Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
· Preparing well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems.
· Research for new ideas and come up with suggestions.
· Discuss with team members, brainstorm, and shortlist final ideas.
· Lead a team of associate content writers towards meeting content quality parameters.
· Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain consistent communication across teams and departments.
Desired Qualification & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or related field
· Creative and innovative thinker and planner.
· Excellent/Fluent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent grasp of the English language.
· Confident in producing work across multiple platforms.
· Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas.
· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
· Self-motivated and self-directed.
· Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs.
· Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
