Roles and Responsibilities:

· Ideate, shoot, and edit day-to-day content in the form of photos, graphics, videos, and GIFs primarily for our social media channels.

· Create content for social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

· Keep up to date with the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry

· Scheduling and uploading posts on a regular basis.

· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

· Communicate customer concerns and needs to respective departments.

· Develop social media timelines that coincide with the product release, ad campaigns, and other brand messages.

· Coordinating social media messages with advertising departments, the brand management team, and annual company goals.Enhancing the company's social media presence, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.

· Engage with followers and communicate any request from the same with concerned teams.

· Work with the content and creative teams to put plans into action

· Managing and monitoring social media handles of the Organization and its clients end to end.

Desired Qualification & Skills:

· Bachelors in any field

· Prior experience with Digital Marketing Agency is a plus

· Ability to work independently

· Impressive communication skills; written and verbal

· Analytical and multitasking skills

· Basic Knowledge of SEO, Keyword Research

· Self motivated & Confident

· Excellent understanding of Social Media concepts and best practices

· Analytical mindset and critical thinking
