Roles and Responsibilities:

· Create and Design Campaigns

· Branding & Visual Storytelling

· Conceptualise & generate 'ideas' via out-of-box thinking

· Understanding the brand that you are working on and also their objectives, brand identity, tonality, etc.

· Independently visualize, conceptualize, and develop ideas, concepts, design and apply the appropriate media and style to meet the requirements of the stakeholders.

· Attending Clients creative briefing meetings in order to understand the exact requirements & specifications of the client

· Design Conceptualization, Visualization & Mock-Ups for the entire range of digital publishing (Websites, EDM & Facebook creatives, blog designs etc.) based on the creative brief given by the client.

· Ability to understand briefs and translate concepts into creative as well as innovative visuals Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques such as graphic fundamentals, typography, and a good understanding of colors.

· Additional preparation of designs if required by the client

· Study design briefs and determine requirements

· Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

· Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

· Design and execute a new look and feel across all digital and print material that accurately reflects brand positioning.

· Create marketing collateral to best present products, both offline and online.

· Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

· Conceptualize and design marketing collaterals having a high visual impact such as logos, brochures, catalogues, leaflet, magazine, dangler, flyer, poster, outdoor signages, etc.

· To extend creative support for visual presentations and other ad-hoc requests like floor branding, visual merchandising, newsletter designing, advertisements brochures, HR engagement calendars etc.

· Designing excellent Graphical User Interface in order to ensure that the look & feel of the website/ creative matches with the personality of the respective product/ company

· Present ideas, prepare mood boards, wireframes, landing page design, abstract designs using Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator efficiently

· Rich experience in handling software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, CorelDRAW and In Page

· Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics

· Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery

· Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality

Desired Qualification & Skills:

· Experience with the Adobe creative suite, Figma, InVision or any of the popular design tools.

· A keen eye for visual details.

· Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members

· Self -motivated & Confident

· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.

· Successful experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

· Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent communication both written and verbal.

· Strategic thinker with strong influencing skills and the ability to build consensus.

· Strong action orientation; ability to make things happen

· An interest in popular culture, new advertising trends and techniques

· Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals

· Manage team of Designers

· Provide quality control over concepts and projects

· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
