Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for a Process Analyst role. This position offers a great opportunity to build practical skills in business process analysis and data management. The role primarily involves working with Excel and datasets to support process improvement initiatives. Basic knowledge of Python is a plus and may be used for simple automation and workflow optimization tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with datasets using Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, formulas, charts).
• Support in creating and updating process documentation, SOPs, and reports.
• Perform basic data cleaning and analysis tasks to support business decisions.
• Use Python scripts (basic level) for automation and data processing (optional/under guidance).
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and suggest ideas.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming and problem-solving.

Required Skills and Tools

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, basic analysis, charts; knowledge of Pivot Tables is a plus).
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Basic understanding of Python (e.g., data handling using lists, pandas, or simple scripts).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data and process analysis.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work in a team environment.
