Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging and high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce multimedia content that aligns with brand guidelines.
SEO & SEM:
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Face book, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Create and schedule social media posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends and insights.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer engagement emails.
- Segment email lists and personalize content to improve open rates and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar to track and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to the marketing team and other stakeholders.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with external agencies or vendors as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 1-3 years) in digital marketing, including experience with SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and content management systems (CMS).
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design.
