1. Offering counseling services to employees.

2. Performing employee background checks and verifying information.

3. Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation and benefits.

4. Conducting exit interviews.

5. Collecting and analyzing employee data.

6. Using data to create employee profiles.

7. Organizing and updating employee files.

8. Adhering to regulatory standards.

9. Overseeing employee orientation and training.

10. Liaising between employees and management.

11. Managing employee complaints.

12. Undertaking communications and interpersonal skills training.

13. Arranging employees one on one sessions .

14. Candidate should be a graduate

15. Good knowledge about excel
