• Identify and generate leads for IT services and solutions through market research and networking.
• Reach out to prospective clients via emails, calls, and social media platforms.
• Assist in creating and presenting proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services and products (training will be provided).
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
