The duties & Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the concept design and development for a project
  • Coordinates with Clients / Client Representatives, Statutory Bodies, Team Members & Sub-Consultants to complete the Projects assigned
  • Prepares Project Plan, Detailing, manages & monitors team members, gives clear direction to members, keeps track of contractual requirements and ensures work as per Project Plan
  • Meets the Functional Objectives of the Development Department
  • Maintains required quality standards
  • Identifies training requirement for the Team Members
  • Identifies resource requirement

Area of experience required:


  • Creativity and Communication.
  • Design Development and detailing.
  • Autocad and Revit software knowledge.
  • Must know Elevation.
  • Must have experience in sketch up.
  • Should have experience handling large scale projects.
  • Planning of work & executing in an organized manner.
  • Knowledge of Statutory Requirements.
  • Awareness of Design Standards.
  • Team Formation.
  • Interaction with Clients.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a related field.
  • Good Communication in English and Hindi.
  • Ensuring projects documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Qualification: B.Arch Compulsory.
